Our award-winning La Luz Lager provides the base for this refreshing drink a variation of the German Radler which contains a 50-50 mix of La Luz and lemonade. Substitute lavender tea for lemonade and try Rio Bravo's contribution to the craft Shandy scene. The combination offers a refreshing alternative for those who seeking a different beer experience.

A traditional Belgian white using only the finest imported European and Belgian malts. We used ample portions of coriander, imported bitter orange peel and lemongrass to create a subtle array of flavors which add to the overall refreshing character of this beer. A very light charge of spicy Amarillo hops provides a subtle hop flavor background. We have left some of yeast responsible for the fruity, estery aroma of this product adding to the overall flavor complexity.

Two imported Belgian malts comprise the backbone of this ale. We selected a special yeast to ensure the development of higher alcohols and esters characteristic of many Belgian ales. A compliment of several flavor hops have added to the overall complexity of this strong ale. This smooth, alcoholic ale is certain to delight those seeking the tradition of Belgian ales. A session-style IPA with a blend of bittering and aroma hops designed to excite, not overwhelm the palate. Columbus provides the background bitterness while a unique blend of Amarillo, Centennial and Tettnanger hops add subtle, but distinctive flavor notes which harmonize nicely with the flavors of the various roasted malts. The beers moderate alcohol level allows you to drink this malt beverage for hours while enjoying your favorite activities & food.

Our cherry sour was created using a unique blend of barrel-aged Pilsner, a specially fermented wheat sour and fermented cherry puree. The tartness of the sour base has been tempered by the unique flavor of the fermented cherry puree. Hints of cherry results coupled with a tart finish deliver a unique drinking experience for all beer lovers.

Our raspberry sour was created using a unique blend of barrel-aged Pilsner, a specially fermented wheat sour and fermented raspberry puree. The tartness of the sour base has been tempered by the oak and vanilla notes of the barrel-aged Pilsner. Fermenting the pure raspberry puree yielded an aromatic fruit stock which provided the distinct raspberry flavor notes. The creamy head on this product coupled with the fruit aromatics result in an easy drinking ale with a slightly tart finish which is certain to deliver a unique drinking experience for all beer lovers. Brewed in the tradition of a Helles Bock brewed in Munich. This light, refreshing traditional ale is brewed this using imported German and Bohemian malts with a complement of imported roasted malts. Caramel and malty flavor notes contribute a hint of sweetness to this relatively strong, slightly alcoholic copper-hued ale. Imported Czech Saaz & German Hallertau hops create a delicate hop taste with no perceptible bitterness accentuating.

One of our strongest beers. Lively and fruity, with a slight sweetness as a result of using small amounts of highly roasted malts. A blend of bittering and flavor hops provides a subtle bitterness complementing the malty character. Extended storage time in wooden casks has yielded a very smooth and balanced beer without the expected dryness characteristic of higher alcohol beers. Note: also available in a barrel-aged version.

A hearty, well-balanced ale bursting with roasted malt flavors, a slight fruit/estery aroma and deep reddish/brown hues. The malty notes derive from a combination of English pale and roasted malts. A special blend of Columbus, Crystal and Cascade hops result in a robust hop flavor and a subtle bitterness that doesn’t overshadow the distinctive malt flavor of this session ale.

We have recrafted our popular Porter to create a uniquely different beer that is certain to delight. Imported vanilla combined with ample portions of English roasted barley, pale, dark crystal, extra dark crystal and chocolate malts provide a subtle, yet complex maltiness. A unique blend of hops adds additional complexity to the flavor without any lingering bitterness to detract from the pleasant taste and aroma of the vanilla.
ABV: 5.4% IBU: 51
The smooth flavor of this beer masks a hidden complexity derived from the use of seven (7) different European malts. Underlying this complex malty character is a subtle hop flavor derived from the exclusive use of imported Hallertau Mittlefruh. Over eight (8) weeks on oak added a slight bourbon character and allowed time for all the complexity of this product to reach its peak. A very drinkable beer with no appreciable aftertaste despite its higher alcohol level.

A combination of English caramel, pale, chocolate and dark crystal malts provide the robust maltiness characteristic of stouts. Flavoring and bittering hops create the appropriate level of bitterness complimenting the malt character. The result is a hearty, dark ale with a creamy texture and a pleasant roasted malt flavor that doesn’t linger on the palate.

Unlike the traditional blended English Porter, our porter is freshly brewed using American pale malt enhanced with English roasted barley and imported pale, chocolate, dark and extra dark crystal malts. A unique hop blend provides a subtle bitterness and hop flavor which complement the malty character. The result is a robust beer with an intense, complex flavor characterized by burnt cocoa and dark chocolate flavor notes and aromas. Note: also available in a barrel-aged version.

We brewed a special Porter to create a uniquely different beer that would not mask the delicate flavor of the pinon coffee. American and English pale, caramel & chocolate malts provide a subtle, yet complex maltiness. Small amounts of bittering and flavor hops add to the complexity and provide a bitterness that complements the coffee tannins. The delicate balance of flavors and aromas with a hint of pinon result in a beer that will satisfy porter and coffee drinkers alike.
